3. Conflict Scanner: Detect Duplicates in Community Folder

Perflight handles your managed library, but sometimes files get dropped directly into the MSFS Community folder by mistake. We want to add a scanner that detects if an addon you are trying to enable already exists as a duplicate in your Community folder, helping you prevent simulator conflicts and "double scenery" glitches.
