Addon Dependencies

Some addons require other addons to properly function. These are often reference to as “dependencies”. As a PERFLIGHT user, I would like to be able to specify if there are dependent addons (“When I enable KXYZ airport I need ABC Object Library to enable with it”). This feature exists within Addon Linker and PERFLIGHT should provide feature parity if possible.
