Duplicate addons in Libraries and Community (v1.4)

Feature Request

Story 11.5 was removed from v1.3.0 and will be addressed in the next release

I want to be warned when the same addon exists both in my Community folder and in a managed library, So that I can avoid duplicate loads that cause unpredictable behavior in MSFS.
